After an SPI upgrade, the Windows Compatibility Tab disappears and is replaced with a program compabitility wizard, which can be quit annoying to navigate, and offers no help if you need to run a program as administrator.
Here's how to get the tab back:
Go to HKLM>SOFTWARE>Policies>Microsoft>Windows>AppCompat
Change all of the values to 0.
I've read other sites saying that you only have to change the DisablePropPage key to 0, but for me I didn't even exist. So I created it and set it to 0 and nothing...then went back and change them all to 0 and voila the tab was back.
